Seaweed egg drop vermicelli soup.

  • Lunch & Dinner
  • High protein

Not all carbs are created equal. Complex carbs digest slower and provide steadier energy. This bowl builds a balanced meal around brown rice vermicelli, with meat and egg for protein, cabbage and seaweed for fibre.

Dietitian Notes

A one-bowl example of building a plate around complex carbs, protein and fat together, rather than cutting carbs out. She pairs this with her own "why low-carb isn't always the answer" content.
